Photo View: (13-44) VERY RARE SPECIAL ORDER WINCHESTER MODEL 97 FACTORY ENGRAVED PIGEON GRADE 2-BBL SET

Very interesting gun. Engraved on both sides of the receiver is a trap shooting scene. This is a factory pattern that Winchester used occasionally but is rarely seen. Gun features two 28" bbls; one modified, one full and retaining approximately 80-90% orig blue. Both forearms are checkered deluxe burl wood. Rec retains 70-75% orig blue with a slight toning of brown appearing here and there. Orig wood has been freshened and recheckered but is not sanded or undersized; looks to be in fine cond; complete with a red Winchester recoil pad. Very scarce 2-bbl set. Marked on the bolt 'Pigeon Gun'.
