This gun is British proofed and evidently sent to England to be a big caliber hunting rifle. If so, it hasn't been used much as the bbl retains 95-98% blue-a few little marks on it. Receiver also carries most the blue with light wear at the carry point. Wood is in very fine cond, no cracks or losses; very nice with just a few standard hunting and handling marks, forearm in good cond as well. 3-leaf express type sight and a low proflle post front, action and bore are both exc. Short mag tube and nipple top rifle butt. Very hard to find an 86 in better cond than this. Nice, nice gun.
