Orig pistol grip checkered deluxe grade wood is in very nice cond with possibly a light coat of varnish added however it still looks fine with no sanding; definitely a 3X grade piece of wood if not a 4. Complete with rifle style buttplate. Overall gun is in exc+ cond with 95% bbl and mag blue; receiver retains 60-70% case colors which are thinning somewhat but still quite vivid. Very sharp, clean, excellent gun.
