Made in 1895. 20" round bbl with a good to VG bore, scratches, scrapes, dings and sliver losses at upper corners on lightly freshened wood. The the metal has been refinished-done long ago and has aged somewhat to an acceptable look. Had swivel studs at one time; slightly later sights. If you look close there are a few warts on this old gal but overall eye appeal is VG. To find an antique Short Rifle for this type of money is almost unheard of!
