28” full octagon barrel, full length magazine, single set trigger, original sights, raised thumbprint dustcover, fine+ bore. Very nice overall with sharp corners, considerable blue in protected areas of the barrel and magazine, the balance is a thin dark plum blue, 30% receiver blue, the balance thinning to a plum blue gray patina coloration, traces of case colors on lever; hammer color has darkened. Rifle buttplate, forearm has three small well done repairs, stock has solid repair in the wrist area; also nicely done. Walnut lightly cleaned and a coat of varnish added long ago.
