30” full octagon barrel, full length magazine, near fine bore, barrel and magazine are a dark plum brown gray patina coloration, forearm cap, receiver, dustcover and buttplate retain considerable original nickel-perhaps 35-40%, set trigger. The Factory Letter does not list special wood but this gun has at some time been fitted with some custom checkered deluxe walnut. A series of small nickelly colored studs have been imbedded on the fore and aft ends of the forearm as well as off the end of the lower tang -- very nicely done. Crescent buttplate, sporting barrel and vernier tang sights. Attractive 30”.
