Very rare 26” half octagon barrel, half length magazine, takedown frame, VG bore, 80% blue on barrel, the balance turning a plum blue coloration, 50% receiver blue, the balance thinning to a plum blue gray patina. Clean smooth metal, considerable case colors intact on the hammer, traces case colors on lever. Fine walnut, light varnish possibly added at some time, hardrubber shotgun style buttplate. Sights include two leaf express rear and Lyman tang. Factory Letter. Hard to find an extra lightweight in this caliber.
