Early 3rd Model. 24” full octagon barrel, full length magazine tube, VG+ bore, metal is a dark plum brown patina coloration, sporting front and buckhorn rear sights, rifle buttplate, forearm has a crack and is missing a 4” x ¼” piece on the upper right side near the frame. Sound repair to wrist of buttstock. Previous owners name was scratched on sideplate in 1904. Lots of Western character.
