(EL-MR374) U.S. SPRINGFIELD/REMINGTON MODEL 1903
Manufactured in 1942. WWII issue, of course. Appears to have original barrel as it is an RA bbl dated 10-42. This gun very possibly is original as manufactured in 1942 and not gone through an arsenal rebuild. Quite a bit of cosmoline in action and bbl. I believe it was checked after the war, deemed serviceable and not needing rebuilding; cosmolined and stored for decades. A piece of history that fought for our freedom!

(10-507) U.S. SPRINGFIELD 03-A3
U.S. Remington produced in 1943. This is another War Horse that was most likely checked after the war and found serviceable. It was then heavily cosmolined and stored in a defense depot. Good parkerizing on metal, wood complete with normal dings and gouges, etc. Enough cosmoline has been removed so you can almost touch it without getting totally greasy. ~~> VIEW PHOTO <~~ e

(10-578) U.S. SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1903
Originally built by Springfield in 1932, undoubtedly a WWII veteran. Refurbished after the war at Augusta Arsenal. Perfect bore in "6-44 HS" marked bbl. This 03 has had little or no use since it came out of the arsenal. An interesting War Dept./DCM receipt form dated June 1948 to a Sgt. Blowers comes with the gun. Sgt. Blowers owned this gun and kept it in mint cond for almost 60 years. Complete with orig Model 1907 sling. This is a great Model 1903. Later manual included, Letter. e
